The school provides a place where children may grow academically, spiritually, emotionally, creatively, physically, mentally and socially through organized activity, recreation and fellowship. Our philosophy is based on the belief that young children learn through active manipulation of the environment using all of their senses. Play is children’s work and this is incorporated into a stimulating and academic program.
Our aim is to instill in our students a desire for learning, which will help prepare them for the future, within the framework of a safe and caring environment that is both nurturing and educating. We believe that children learn best when they are happy, and to that end, we try to make this a happy place for children to develop and grow. Each child is seen as an individual with his or her own special needs. We are a warm, loving staff of teachers who understand and respect children for themselves, encouraging the development of self esteem in each child. We also encourage a child’s personal growth through the development of specific themes, such as: friendship, respect, creativity, cooperation, academics, and healthy body and mind.
A
strong activity program helps us develop well-rounded students and strong
parental participation which greatly increases the scope of these activities.
